Science That Serves the Shores: Pathways for Resilient Coastal Management

In this interactive workshop, participants will probe the path toward integrating state-of-the-art science into coastal resource management. Through 3 case studies, speakers will highlight how research can inform resilient decision-making. Guided discussions will identify management strategies that apply science on tiered timescales from days to decades. Attendees will gain insight into coastal research, management implications, and challenges & rewards of embedding science into decision-making.
