We’ll use the information you provide to prepare the official Ocean Pavilion schedule. Please review your session title, description, and organizational details carefully.

All Ocean Pavilion sessions are 50 minutes and take place in person at our pavilion in the Blue Zone. Please ensure all confirmed speakers have the required Blue Zone accreditation, as we cannot assist with securing badges and virtual participation is not available. Please plan your program accordingly.

Each session may have up to five speakers on stage, including the moderator. The stage has four seats and one podium – if your lineup includes five speakers, one will need to remain at the podium. All speakers must be present in person; virtual participation is not available.
