This high-level session will launch the report, The State of Ocean-Based Climate Action in NDCs 3.0, progress from the Blue NDC Challenge, and spotlight country progress made since UNOC3, showcasing how ocean-based climate solutions are being integrated into national strategies for mitigation, adaptation, and resilience. Experts will highlight opportunities, lessons, gaps, and challenges as we enter the decisive next decade, charting a path from COP30 toward COP31 and beyond.
